WalkAboutYoga is the only hiking yoga class in CT. My classes are heartfelt and intuitive, gently challenging and deeply nourishing. I use the teachings of Hatha Yoga and my Y12SR training to promote a healthy, conscience lifestyle.This 75 minute Fun Flow allows students to experience yoga in a fun and kind way. WAY follows the foundation of vinyasa practice, with an emphasis on safe alignment and breath-work to help us flow from posture to posture. All level classes are accessible for students new to yoga or those coming back from injuries, as well as students with steady yoga practices who want to work towards the edge of their balance, endurance, strength, and flexibility. . WAY is an active, fun, and social way to have a cardio-based yoga experience while exploring Silver Sands and Walnut Beach in of Milford, Ct. Our WalkAbouts combine the cardio benefits of well-paced hiking with the strengthening moves of yoga for an intimate group workout that is accessible to yoga practitioners of all levels. WalkAbouts are limited to 12-15 participants to foster a fun social atmosphere and ensure that you have the attention you need for the best possible experience.
